John 17:1, verse 12

The only name that deserves honour is Jesus.

There are those who want to dishonour Him but they cannot.

He raised us up to glorify Him.

The Bible says that the isles, the Gentiles will glorify Him.

We’ve come to that place where we glorify His name and we also ask like Jesus, we say Father glorify your name.

 

Some songs we sing in Church are pitiful of the Christian life.

They don’t realise that those songs make them live a life of up and down.

They keep singing ‘fill me Lord’ not knowing that they are asking for what God has already given them.

You were born in the city.

You are called the city, the Bible says glorious things are spoken of you oh city of Zion.

You were born there and you live there.

 

When we lift our hands in prayer and say ‘father’, that is an outward show of an inner reality.

The Holy Spirit is in us in the now.

Until and unless Jesus Christ becomes to you much more than a demonstration of power and feeling, until you recognize that Jesus Christ is a real Person, the Holy Spirit is a Person and the Father is a Person, your fellowship of God will be circumstantial and undependable.

 

The Holy Spirit lives in me so He doesn’t come and go.

In the Old Testament, He came and went but in the New Testament, He comes to abide.

In the scriptures, the baptism of the Holy Spirit is being born again.

Our experiences should never replace or interpret the word of God.

The word of God should rather interpret our experiences.

One of the major reasons for the limitation in the Church of Christ is the ‘gift of the word of knowledge’- 1 Corinthians 12.

Incidentally, this is the only place it is referred to as the gift of the word of knowledge.

That gift is Knowledge- it is spiritual knowledge.

 

It is the gift of prophecy that reveals the knowledge of God.

 

Instruction: fast tomorrow for your country to change the condition of your country. Any changes you want to make in your country.

Why would you believe that those who advocate population reduction, would want to save your life?

 

1.      Christ the God-man

2.      Christ the God-life- is what you received when you were born again.

Colossians 3:4

3.       Christ the God-place.

Ephesians 1:3-14(KJV, AMPC)

We were sealed with the Holy Spirit of God- we were branded for Christ.

You may not see it but every devil knows so does every angel know.

The Holy Spirit is the earnest of our inheritance.

This means a deposit or part payment made as a guarantee to pay the rest.

The Holy Ghost is the deposit, the advance payment.

If you have the Holy Spirit in your life, you should be glad.

He is not just there to give you a good feeling.

He has come that we may know those things freely given to us.

 

The Holy Spirit is a Person and is given as a down payment.

The Holy Spirit helped Jesus to live on earth as though He were in heaven- that is why He said I do what I see my Father do.

When you were born again, it was the Holy Spirit that brought you into Christ.

It is the HolySpirit that makes the Father’s presence real to you and Jesus real to you.

John 14:18

I will come to you.

 

When you want to know the life of the Saints you start with the Book of Acts then you go to the Epistles, then you start looking at the pictures, that is the Millennium.

The Father lives in eternity.

And when you were born into Christ you were born into a City

Ephesians 2:3-6

Sitting is a place of authority.

For example, a throne is not a chair.

A throne is a symbol or an emblem of authority.

We have a place in heaven, in the presence of God we are recognized, we are known in heaven because of Jesus Christ.

He represents us in heaven.

In the city that we were born into He is going to have everything godly from heaven and on earth in it.

 

Revelation 21:1-

God, Himself will be with us in the City.

2 Corinthians 6:16

When is this verse fulfilled?

In the now of your life.

 

1.      God’s Tabernacle

Instead of waiting, He has created the City in our hearts.

he Ephesians 3:18

These are the dimensions of the City.

As we walk in love we are walking in the City.

This City is lived inside out.

1 Corinthians 3:16-17

Ephesians 2:19-22

We have been built as the habitation of God.

As a Church, God dwells in us.

Even though He lives in us, each congregation is the City of God.

He has already done it.

 He is not going to give us another water.

We are not given another water in the Book of Revelation. It is the same water that you have received that springs up into wells of living water.

If we are joint-heirs with Christ that means we own all things with Christ

we are Clerinomos- we are coheirs.

1 Corinthians 3:21-22

Don’t let these

Live the Life of the Saints.

Don’t struggle to make it so just say from now on I live the life of the saints and set your focus and your mind on it.

Let this become your focus, your sight.

 

5.      Revelation 21:22

if you are living in that city everywhere you go you carry the presence of God.

Acts 17:28

Where I am and go I live and have and have my being in Him

Romans 1:9

The word serve in this verse means worship so we worship God with our Spirits.

In Christ Jesus, I worship God with my spirit.

 

6 Revelation 22:1

John 7:38-39

The Spirit proceeds from the Father and He is the One bringing us the presence of the Father.

If you don’t start drinking this water you will never drink from it.

 

6.      Revelation 22:1-5

The Holy Ghost brought the Throne of God and the Lamb into our hearts.

The size of the City- Revelation 21:16

12 thousand stadia that is about a hundred and eighty-five plus meters.

The length and the breadth and the height are equal.

This is about two thousand four hundred kilometres. It is almost like a halfway flight to London, which is like 3 hours of flying- that is the length and the breadth is the same.

5.7 million square kilometres plus the fact that it is also high rise.

Revelation 22:6, verse 12

 

No one is going to be surprised that they got to heaven.

No. You have to know him in your heart to get to know Him.
