And has the authority of God on the earth to issue decrees and Heaven backs their decisions

The things that are happening now in the earth have happened before in the Scriptures
God’s response is always in favor of the Church

Darius was said to have been given the kingdom
He didn’t do a battle to have the kingdom, he was given the kingdom
Acts 13:20
Judges is translated meaning “governors”
They led the people during a war
And practically ran all the affairs of the people
They ruled and reigned
Saul couldn’t do anything WITHOUT Samuel
And the first time he tried to do anything without Samuel, he was fired by God
1 Samuel 7:15
After the death of Samuel, Saul reigned for two years and died

70 Weeks means 490 years

Zedekiah was 21 years old when he became king
And he reigned for 11 years
** Prophets speak from the mouth of God**
Verse 21 means since they refused to keep the sabbath, God allowed them to be carried away into captivity for threescore and ten years = 70 years
So that while they were away for 70 years, the land kept sabbath

Whenever God wants to do something for the whole world, he gets really definite

Israel’s life revolved around the Temple so telling them to go and build the temple was telling them to go and live there, that is to go and live there
Verse 16: the emphasis is on the building of the CITY

Darius of Persia is not the first Darius, that is Darius I
But Darius of Median is the first Darius, that is he is Darius I

Daniel 9:26 = “not for Himself” means that He will be cut off but not until He offers himself
When you are adding from an ordinal year, you subtract one (1)
Why is this?
Because there is no Zero (0) years

If God didn’t give us reliable information that we can follow how can we follow His instructions?
