This month of March is the month of higher heights
I am going to show you 3 things that the Lord wants us to focus on
I am going to read to you first from exodus 24:12
Why did God say ‘come up to the mountain’?
Because of its significance
For example when God said to Abraham to look up.
He was getting at Abraham’s faith
Faith is the response of the human spirit to the word of God
The significance is a calling to a Higher height
Notice something else in the 13th verse
“This month God is calling you up to His written word
He wants your attention on His word this month
And as you begin to study don’t be in a hurry!”
When Moses came down the glory was on Him, this is because he meditated on the word for days.
He was in the glory for days
This month God is calling you up so that you will understand it and will be able to teach others also
God wants His word in you so that you also can teach others
So, this month God is calling you, and its a calling to a higher height
2. Proverbs 25:6-7 KJV, MSG
That means this is not about putting yourself forward
He’s saying that don’t project yourself
He’s saying its better to be called than project yourself and be disgraced
The Lord is telling you that this month of March, He is moving you to higher and a more humble position than where you’ve been
You know a lot of times we serve God in a humble position but now He is moving you to a more humble position
Now there is a due time in the Kingdom of God right now
And it is the month of higher heights and the Lord is going to move you to a higher position of greater honour
3. Revelation 4:1
When He said come up here to John., did John climb up the stairs?
The Bible says immediately John was in the Spirit
So, his spiritual eyes were opened
Meaning that he saw in a higher realm of life than the ordinary plain of senses
Ephesians 1:17-1
You get to receive spiritual understanding as your eyes are flooded with light
So that you can see; recognise and have an understanding of the things of the Spirit
So, this month of March in God’s purpose and planning, He is bringing you to a revelation and a knowledge of the Spirit
Your spirit will be educated in the things of God
Your eyes of understanding will be enlightened in the things of God
So it is the month of higher heights
The Lord is calling you to higher realms of glory, a higher realm of understanding
When the Spirit of God tells us these things it is to prepare us of what’s coming
