Service Title: Sacrificial Giving

Pastor Earnest Teaching:

 

Next Sunday is Praise Sunday-glory!

There are things that people can’t do for you no matter how much they love you or how much they are close to you

I can’t praise your praise for you

I can praise God for what He has done for you, but I can’t do your praise for you

 

When we come into the presence of God don’t be a spectator, even if you don’t know the song, you can worship in tongues, you can lift up your hands

Don’t stir at the singers, they are here to help you that is why they are called song leaders

 

 

sacrifice is the act of taking out of your possession to give to God

 

in Christ, we are accepted by God

In Christ, our sins have been remitted

Jesus became the sacrifice for sin

and you activate it over your life by believing in Him and confessing with your mouth that he is Lord of your life

 

In Christ, we have come into a fellowship with God

When He resurrected, He gave us a new life

Christ is our connection to God and that is why when we pray, He hears us, when we praise Him, he accepts your worship

 

God hears us all the time

Does God hear you?

He wants you to know He hears you all the time all that you have to do is to position yourself to hear Him

 

It is good for you to always hear God

A sacrifice is an act of giving something that is of value to you for the sake of achieving a greater course

 

[Malachi 1]

Ask yourself: what is that thing that is of utmost importance to you in your life as a Child of God?

your desires in life may not be my desires even if we are identical twins

what are you living for?

what are your aspirations?

what is your joy?

what is your purpose of being?

when we read the scriptures, we discover what God wants us to live for

 

we can only discover our purpose of being in Christ and the moment you discover this everything else follows

we live unto Him

how do we live for Him?

it’s in the scriptures

He helps us know the things that He wants us to live for

in the scriptures, we see the heart of God

we see our purpose of being in the scriptures

No matter your desires in life, nothing can be more worthy than the life that He has chosen for us to live

 

these things that we are craving in this life, are nothing before God

Anything you give for or anything you give up for the purpose of the kingdom will always return to you in a hundredfold

you can never make a sacrifice for God and not receive a return

 

Malachi 1:5-6 (TLB)

when you lift up your eyes what do you see

It is only someone who is spiritually blind who cannot see what God is doing

If God was not in our time, what would the world have been? think about this!

 

God is my Father and God is my Master

whenever we are making a presentation to God, it must be something of value

If Jesus is not the Lord of your finances, He is not your Lord at all

 

it’s a new level, a time of visualization

God gave His Only Begotten Son

‘I lift my eyes and I see what God is doing with me all around the world’

 

don’t just live to make ends meet

God is the One that supplies all your needs according to His riches

His power will exude through you, be a channel that will be a blessing to other people’s lives

God is bigger

He is bigger than your rent

He is bigger than your creditors

I am blessed, mightily blessed!

When God channels His blessings to you in a time of debt, pay your debts

God looks down on you and He is rejoicing

God has sent us around the world to carry His divine presence to all the peoples and nations of the world

I am a part of it, and I am relevant in that vision!

You bring joy and gladness to the heart of God

 

the only God and King that will give true justice to His people

and that is the reason for the propagation of the gospel

somebody will hear this word through you and be saved

 

you are a blessing to your world

you are a blessing to your generation

 

the earth has yielded abundant harvest for me

your business, job, and everything that comes into your hands will bring abundant and overflowing harvest for you; more than enough for you!

you are a blessing to your world!

there are a lot of things that people are holding dear that are preventing them from worshipping God.

make up your mind to shed off those things that are preventing you from living for God

 

Mark 10:29- (TLB)

God did not call you into a life of emptiness

He is not trying to find out what to do with your life. no!

your life has been predestined!

 

the power of your praying is not in the shouting, nor the jumping

the power of the prayer is the God that you are praying to

don’t measure your sacrifice by what someone else is giving

the value of anything touches you first, what you have, you are the one that knows the value

so, it is what is valuable to you not what somebody else says is valuable to him

So, when you do that you are putting yourself in a place of abundance

Shout glory! Hallelujah

 

God is raising you up a mighty man and a mighty woman

As you lift up your eyes and you appreciate what God is doing around the world and you put yourself into it, God is also lifting you up

You are going higher and higher

Ever-increasing faith, growing higher and higher

You are doing bigger things with your faith in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ

Ever-increasing faith, more grace come on you

Grace is multiplied unto you

Ever-increasing glory in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ

God is beautifying your life

 

some of you make sacrifices with your time

God understands that you have a very tight schedule

He understands  what is expected of you in your office, the time is expected of you to put into your job

He understands all that, He knows

He is the One that gave us time so He understands

He knows that no matter how tight your schedule is, you still find out time to pray maybe even within your office that 15mins that we are called to pray you just find out the time and go somewhere to pray; you making a sacrifice

You still make out time to pray because you are called upon to pray, you are making a sacrifice

because a call to prayer is a sacrifice

 

 

 

Prophecies

***************************************God says to let you know that the race is not to the swift neither the battle for the strong

As you find out time to the thing that He has called you to do, the results of your presentation will beat the rest

He is God, He is your God

So, multiplication comes to you

Expansion comes to you

God grants you ideas, wisdom, strength, knowledge; knowledge that cannot be gainsaid

When you speak other people will want to listen by the power of the Holy Spirit

Wisdom flows through your mouth

In every action, in everything that you do the greatness of God is seen

God says you are not small

He said the testimony of your life is not the testimony that is coming from the lips of other people

It is the testimony that is coming out from my lips

 

It is the word that I have spoken concerning you

He said don’t judge yourself by what others are saying about you

No!

He said judge yourself by the word that you are hearing

He said I have lifted you up and nothing can bring you down from there!

I have paved the way of greatness for you

it’s a path that no enemy can ever get to and dissuade you

He said but don’t look to the left nor to the right

Don’t look behind you He said look forward

I have set the mark before you

 

There are things that I have asked you to do and I have empowered you to do and I have told you that you are able to accomplish them

He said hold on to the word that you have received

For I am moving in the inside of you

I am the power at work in the inside of you, says the Spirit of God

 

 I have called you to a life of excellence

it’s a life of beauty

I am the one beautifying you

it is my grace that I poured on you

and I have given you a hope in the word that I have spoken unto you and remember that this hope makes not ashamed

He said there is no shame in it**************************************************************************

 

 

This reminds me of what Pastor said this past week He talked about the legality of our hope

He taught that we have a legal right to hope

why because God has given us the word

it is not a hopeless hope
