Topic: Lift up your Eyes and See

Satan means to dehumanise others, he wants us to see ourselves as a bag of viruses
But Jesus Christ said I have come, so you may have life. The life of God. That everyone may have life.
It's our responsibility, as we are the light of the world, to spread the word of God and let joy come into their hearts.

It's Our Month of Visualisation

We've had the month of joy, praise and now the month of visualisation.
During this month we are looking into what God is doing in our lives and the power of the Holy Spirit to bring us into the place where God expects us to be and to help us accomplish God's purpose in our lives.
There is a power at work inside of us and we have come into the kingdom that whatsoever we desire, we are able to recreate. Able to build our lives to be consistent with God's plan for our lives, his will concerning us.



Romans 4:17
Abraham was not a young man when God said this to him. God chose Abraham when he was 75 yrs old. But Abraham believed what God said. When God said "I have made you" he accepted it and walked in it.

Romans 4:18
"According to what was spoken"
Abraham was holding onto the word that God said, and that word created hope in him. When everyone else said there's nothing left to hope for.

Romans 4:19-20
Abraham did not consider the condition of his body. He did not dwell on it, or let it take his attention.



Genesis 13:14-15
God said, from where you are, lookup, look all around you, "all the land you see I give to you and your descendants" even though at the time Abraham still had no child. This is to let him understand that the seed definitely will come, the child would come.

Genesis 13:16
God was helping Abraham to see, to visualise.
Don't let the condition or the situation of today to dampen your faith. Lift up your eyes, look all around you. Not only are you seeing the prosperity that is caused to come to you, they are going to go with your descendants. The seed surely will come.

Genesis 13:17-18
God said Abraham should take a walk around, but we can understand that what Abraham looked upon physically, it was not possible for him to walk around it physically. Because as you're walking, the further you go the further you see. So God was actually letting him see with the eye of the spirit to visualise. So as Abraham was seeing in the spirit, he was also supposed to walk around what he was seeing in the spirit: because it's only in the spirit these things are possible.

Surround yourself with things and environments that match God's promises for you. They help you to visualise and stay your mind on his words to you.




Pastor (Highly Esteemed Pastor Chris) taught us on the story of Daniel. He said, before the leaders of the nation passed the decree, Daniel was praying. During the passing of the decree, he was praying. Probably when they came to arrest Daniel and when they were going to throw him into the Lion's den he must have been praying. Maybe asking God to change the heart of the King or have the decree turned around. Even the King (who was against the throwing of Daniel into the den when he realised it was because of Daniel the decree had been made but could do nothing because he had already given his word) expected that the God of Daniel to do something.

The question is, why did God wait all this time, why didn't he just prevent Daniel from being thrown with the lions? Pastor told us it's because God deserves ETERNAL PRAISE. Because sometimes God does something in our lives and we normalise it because it has happened to other people.

When the Holy spirit comes into you the first thing he does is enable you to see. He wants you to see what God's saying concerning your life. He shows you the word God has said concerning you, who you are according to God.

People give you a name and you carry that name with you and you start calling yourself that name. You go to the hospital and they use an instrument to scan you and after scanning, the instrument will give you a name. Maybe before you were known as Jonas but now you are known as Cancerous Jonas. Don't take that with you, call yourself the name God has given to you.

God is able to do all things, but you have the responsibility to lift up your eyes and see. You are not the poor trying to be rich, you are not the downcast that God is trying to lift up. No. He has lifted us up and maketh us sit in heavenly places with Christ Jesus. He has given us authority over all things and God wants you to start looking at your life like that.

There is a place God has prepared for you. There are things that are happening to you today and you are considering why are they happening, God says the reason he is allowing such things is because of the greater things he has prepared for you tomorrow. There is a place he has prepared for you that he ONLY will be given the glory.

THINGS CAN BE WITHDRAWN FROM YOUR LIFE, BUT GRACE CAN NOT BE WITHDRAWN FROM YOU.

God has called you into a place of grace, and as long as you focus on that grace, like the bible said "the path of the righteous like shinning light shines brighter and brighter" you can only move higher and higher. AMEN.

Genesis 15:1-4
God sends his word. His word is supposed to come to you for you to recreate your vision. When the word of God comes use that word to paint your vision, paint good pictures of your life. Look at that.

It's a seed, it's not yet there does not mean it's not there. It's not yet materialised does not mean it's not there.

GOD CALLS THOSE THINGS THAT BE NOT AS THOUGH THEY ARE. SO TAKE YOUR EYES OF THOSE THINGS THAT ARE, AND LOOK AT THE ONE THAT IS NOT YET THERE AND TALK ABOUT IT AS THOUGH IT IS.

Remember what you see determines what you say, and what you say will determine how you live. So see differently.

It is not the store that determines what happens to you you are the one to determine what happens in the store

And when God gives you a word,

1. He wants you to use the word to polish your life
2. He wants you to war with the word

No weapon on earth can successfully stand against the sword of God’s word
