Service Title: The Power of Meditation

Pastor Earnest Teaching:

Daniel 1:1-18

To defile mans to desecrate.

To remove from a place of consecration.

There are times in our lives that we are tested.

There are situations that come to test us.

But when you allow yourself to be defeated, you will lose the path to the destination that God wants you to be.

The test that Daniel endured was a preparation for the greater things that God wanted him to achieve.

The enemy will always want you to veer off God’s plan for you.

Because if he is able to succeed in distracting you by the attractions, the voices that you hear,

understand that he has succeeded in taking you away from the destination that God has ordained for you.

For you not to miss out on God’s destination for you, you must stay focused on His word.

Psalm 1:1-4

Understand that we are called to a life of perpetual victory and increasing glory.

Have this focus and consciousness.

Have this at the fore of your mind that God has called you to a life of perpetual victory and increasing glory.

God does not want you to fall, and He has equipped you not to fall.

We are called to a life of increasing glory.

Don’t follow the crowd because you belong to God.

tell yourself no matter what it is stay by the word of God.

God has better plans for you.

Ephesians 2:6-7

·         God raised me up together with Jesus and made me sit with Him in Heavenly places- this is the place of Victory.

As He has raised you raised you up and made you sit with Jesus, In the ages to come He will show you forth.

There is a future for all of us in God- a glorious future.

Don’t miss it!

Life is not about what is right or what is wrong.

Once you get born again, it is no longer about what is wrong or what is right.

The question is what is expedient?

what is God expecting you to do?

 

Who is instigating you to do it?

Is it of God?

Protect the word of God that you have received.

1 John 4:4

Your faithful to the word of God is actually a revelation of your faith in the word.

How faithful you are to what the word of God says determines whether you believe in that word that He Said.

Guard your heart with all diligence.

Because there is a treasure in your heart and that is the word of God, the Life of God in you.

1 John 4:5

We are of God.

We are born of God.

If you have the word of God in your heart and you meditate on it, it will keep you over.

It is not about the pressure that we face, it is about the word of that we have in our spirit.

Because no matter how daring the temptation is, you are bound to win.

God expects us to win.

And I don’t have any excuses for failing.

because He has equipped me to win.

And I win all the time.

Jeremiah 17:7-8

The heat will come but because you are planted by the waters (the word of God is your Spirit).

When you see yourself fretting over issues, being angry, being afraid, ask yourself whare is your confidence? Where is your faith?

 

As you are meditating on the word you are grounded in the word

You start seeing, feeling and hearing by you’re the word.

The word of God takes over your senses.

But if you listen to the things that are happening in the world and you push the word of God out, before you know it fear will permeate through.

Understand that the information you receive in the world will only spread fear in your life.

We are in the world doesn’t mean we are of the world.

God has shown us in His what is right.

So, it now becomes a matter of choice for you.

I choose to live by the word of God.

I choose to be directed by God’s word.

My visions are formed by the word of God.

I see by the word of God.

I am productive.

I am bearing fruits all the time.

Because I am planted by the word of God.

I am in the word and the word is in me.

 

Psalm 92:12-15

 I flourish.

I flourish like a palm tree.

I grow like a cedar in Lebanon.

I flourish in the courts of God.

The word is inside me and I am inside the word of God.

I am flourishing. I blossom and I am strong.

I blossom because I am planted by the word of God.

There is no unrighteousness in God.

God is faithful to His word.

And I am faithful to God’s word.

My faith is built on God’s word.

I have confidence in God’s word.

I trust God’s word.

So, I build my life on God’s word.

I build my thoughts in God’s word.

I speak God’s word.

I do God’s word.

I get God’s results.

So, I am blossoming.

I am flourishing.

I am bearing fruits.

Life is good for me.

Good for me today, good for me every day.

 I have no reason to be afraid.

I don’t fear anything.

It doesn’t what comes against me I remain standing.

Because God is my Rock.

My life is built on the word.

Built on this Rock.

It doesn’t matter what comes against me.

let the floods come, let the winds blow.

I will always be standing.

Because I am founded on God’s word.

The word of God is working for me.

It’s working in my mind.

It’s working in my spirit.

it’s working in my body.

The word of God is working in every organ in my body.

So, every part of my life is responding to what the word of God says.

I live by the word of God.

I breathe the word of God.

I talk the word of God.

I get the results of the word of God.

God has created me He has lifted me up.

And He has set me on the path of perpetual victory and increasing glory.

I have victory all the time.

So, it doesn’t matter what I face, I doesn’t matter what faces me.

I know I am a VICTOR.

I win all the time.

This is the confidence that I have.

So, fear is banished from my life.

It doesn’t matter what I hear.

If it is not consistent with the word of God, it has nothing to do with my life.

It is only the word of God that rules my life, day and night.

Wherever I go, I go by the power of the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit is the One that directs my life.

So, my life is for the glory of God.

My life is for the glory of God.

My life is for the glory of God.

I manifest the glory of God.

I exude the glory of God.

I carry the beauty of God.

And as I walk in life, I am bringing this glory to bear in the lives of men.

Anyone that comes in contact with me is coming in contact with the very life of God.

I am lifted up above all principality and above all power.

Nothing can ever bring me down from the place that God has lifted me to.

He has made me to sit in Heavenly places with Christ- a place of power, a place of authority and a place of beauty.

Glory be to God!
