Service Title: Our Relationship with The Father, the Word and the Holy Spirit
Prayer Session:
- We are praying committing this Service to the Lord and also that our hearts and minds are ready for the Word
Acts 20:32
- Pray passionately that the truth of God’s word is gaining ascendency in all the nations of the earth
1 Timothy 2:1-4
- Pray that the vision and mission of our ministry grows in every nation of the earth
Revelation 11:15

Proclamation:
The Lord is my light
And He is the light of my life
My whole being is full of light
Therefore, I navigate my way excellently through life in victory, dominion and success
I am filled with the knowledge of God’s Will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding
Because the Holy Spirit lives in me
Hallelujah
I am rightly positioned in the center of God’s perfect will
Being yielded to the control, the sway, the influence and the guidance of the Holy Spirit every day of my life
Hallelujah
I am a Special kind of Being
I have an excellent spirit that is full of eternal deposits, of God’s goodness, God’s grace, perfection and beauty
Hallelujah
My understanding is enlightened to have precise knowledge of the great riches of the Father’s glorious inheritance in me
Hallelujah
Jesus said I am the vine and ye are the branches
It has been a year of Perfection
Our lives being aligned with God’s perfect will and purpose for us
Complete in every area
Doing excellent things and producing results, fruitful in every area
Have you been fruitful?
Say this:
‘I am fruitful
Full of results
Full of goodness’
Hallelujah!
Jesus said ‘I am the Vine ye are the Branches’
What an honor!
He makes us understand that through us the fruits of who He is, is known to the world
And you are the Branch of God
Everything that Christ is reflects in you
Praise the Lord Jesus Christ
The branches do not only produce fruits but also produces the leaves of the tree
It is the responsibility of the branches not the stem to produce the leaves of the tree
So, as you are producing the fruits you are producing the leaves
And through the leaves the whole tree also gets nourishment from the sun
You understand that God has positioned us His life, reflecting His life through us
So, as we are producing fruits, we are producing leaves, we are the beauty of the tree
Like Jesus Christ said, the birds of the air are coming in and finding nests
They are able to build nests in the branches with the leaves
So, the beauty of the Kingdom is us
That is why God said that:
‘We are His glory’
We are the glory of God
Glory be to God
When you see the branches of the tree that is when you see the glory of the tree
Some trees are to just give shade
Others are planted because of their flowers
Some others are also planted because of the fruits
But whatever the purpose of the tree, these all emerge from the branches
And that is what God has made us
We are the glory of the Almighty
Hallelujah
Today what we are going to looking at is very practical in our service
And I want you to take this home and do it every day
That is what God expects us to be doing by the word
And Pastor Chris has taught us over and over again that we are the doers of God’s word
So, when God teaches us His word, we continue to do it and we get the results
We are looking at confessions today
And we are going to be doing lots of confessions this morning
Amen!
Let’s look at:
Romans 10:10
- With your heart you believe unto righteousness
When you receive the word, you believe with your heart
You believe with your heart and not with your mind
The word of God goes into your heart (your spirit which is the core of your being)
When you believe with your heart you receive
When you believe the word of God like that, you receive it with your spirit you are set on the path of success
But there is a place that God wants to get you to or take you to
You know God said ‘I know the thoughts that I have for you
Thoughts of peace to bring you to an expected end’
There is a place that God wants us to arrive at
When His word comes to you, the purpose of His word is to bring you into the place that He has already ordained for you to come to
This is one of the Greatest Principles you are going to find in the word of God
And it is good that you hold on to it
Because when you apply this principle, that is, Romans 10:10
It is not just a principle we apply for the word it is a principle for life in every area of your being
Use it with God’s word and also you can practice this in every area of your life
· When you believe with your heart you are positioned rightly
- You are positioned rightly
You are brought to the course, the right road that will lead you to the place you desire to be
But being on the road that will lead you to where you desire to be is not enough
- When you believe you are righty positioned on the road that will take you to where you want to get to
But that is not the end
You want to get to the destination and not just positioned on the road to the destination
What will get you to the destination is this:
- with your mouth confessions is made unto salvation
So, when you are positioned, your MOUTH is what will get you to the destination
So, you must be positioned and driven to that end
So, in everything that you do in your life, God wants you to confess with your mouth
There are lots of people that believe with their hearts but do not confess with their mouths
So, they always find themselves in the same position
They never arrive at where God wants them to arrive at
But God says no, “there is a place that I have ordained for you to arrive at, and there is a vehicle that I have given to you to take you there – and that is the confession of your mouth”
So, you believe with your heart (positioned rightly) and confess (you are catapulted, transported or brought into the place that God has purposed for you to)
Glory be to God
Say these:
“I believe with my heart,
And I confess with my mouth”
What is it that you want to achieve or the dream that God wants you to achieve?
find out what God says about it
believe it enough and confess it
Here He is talking about our salvation
you believe in Jesus, but you’ve got to confess it
you must confess His Lordship over your life and that is what brings you into salvation
But it is also a principle that God wants us to apply in every area of your life
Is it in your home?
Do you want peace? Believe and confess peace
Do you want to live in abundance?
Believe in abundance according to God’s word and confess abundance
Do you want to live in joy?
Believe in joy
Accept that joy is possible and confess joy in your work place or where ever you are and start talking about it
Whatever it is that you want to enjoy
God wants you to believe
In John 10:10, Jesus said I came that they may have life and have it more abundantly
So, when you believe, you have to confess also with your mouth and you will enjoy everything
Praise the Lord Jesus Christ
1 John 4:8
Here, he is talking about God
First of all, we are going to look at GOD THE FATHER
- God is love
Do you know that God is love?
Do you believe that God is love?
Let’s read:
1 John 3:2
We are Children of God means we are born of God
Are you a child of God?
Do you believe you are a child of God?
Ok, what did 1 John 3:2 say?
Ans: God is love
This God who is love He is also our Father
Sadly, there are children who didn’t quite grow up in an environment of love
Meaning their parents never expressed love to them
And so, when they come in among children who tell them how much their parents love them, they are not quite able to relate with this. They don’t have stories of love to tell too
But the scriptures say that God is love
And He is my Father
Hallelujah
So, what do you say?
Ans: this Loving God is my Father
John 3:16- Look at what His love made Him do
If God freely gave Jesus to us, what could there be that I need that would make me pray and beg God for?
He is a loving God
He loves me with His whole Being
He has given me everything
Say this:
“God is Love
And He is my Father
This Loving God is my Father
He is my Father
He gave birth to me
I am a child of the God of love
So, I am full of love
I am loved all the time
The love of God helps to know that I am accepted the way I am
I don’t have to prove anything to Him
He loves me by Himself”
So, do you believe in these?
Let these be your daily confessions
Glory be to God
Deuteronomy 33:27(AMP)
This God who is love or this Eternal God is your refuge
Glory be to God
This God who is the God of love is your dwelling place
And the foundation of this your dwelling place is built on the hands of God
It means this your dwelling place is built on God’s Eternal Arms
Which means my foundation can never be shaken!
God is my dwelling place
The Eternal God is my dwelling place
I am loved all the time
Who else’s love will you prefer to that of God’s love
The Eternal God is my Refuge and my dwelling place
Nobody can talk Him out of loving You
You are eternally loved
Hallelujah!
Psalm 23:1
The God of love is my Father
He is my Shepherd
He is the One leading me all the time
If the Lord is your Father and your Shepherd can He ever lead you into wrong places?
I can never go to any wrong place
Because He is my guide
He is my Shepherd
I will never live in lack
He knows when to feed me
He feeds me at the right time
He makes me come into the presence of people who will be of help to me at every point in time
I will never cry for help
Because the God who is my Help is the One loving me and guiding me
He brings the right people to me and brings me to the right place
He makes me meet with the right people at all times
Hallelujah!
He is my Shepherd
I do not lack anything
I am not in want of anything
Because the Lord is my Shepherd
Lift up your hands and say these:
“the Lord is my Shepherd
I will never live in lack
I will never live in want
I am sufficiently provided for
Everything I ever want, everything I will ever need has already been provided for in Christ”
Hallelujah!
We must learn to dwell in the Loving Arms of God
Paul said to us: the Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the LOVE of God and the Fellowship of the Spirit be with us
You are the one to consciously live in that realm
Be conscious all the time of the Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and of the Fatherhood of God
He is more loving to us than even a mother to a baby who is still sucking
What is our relationship with JESUS CHRIST?
1 Corinthians 1:30
We are talking about our relationship with the word and the Holy Spirit
Who is Jesus to me?
Jesus became for us our:
- Wisdom
- Righteousness
- sanctification and
- redemption
Let’s make these confessions:
“i am wise
full of wisdom
i can never be foolish
no foolish thing or foolish word will ever come out of my mouth
i will never do anything foolish
because christ is my wisdom
i am full of wisdom
divine wisdom
i am led by this wisdom
i am at the right place at the right time
i say the right things, do the right things and get the right results
because christ is my wisdom
halelujah!
he is my righteousness
christ is my righteousness
this christ n me makes me do the right thing all the time
and god looks at me
he sees me righteous because he sees christ in me
christ is my righteousness”
he is my sanctification
Sanctification means a setting apart unto God
In Christ, we have been set apart unto God
I am set apart unto God
I am an offering to God
Whatever gets into God’s hands is sanctified from evil
So, I am sanctified
Christ is my redemption, removed from evil
No corruption in my path
No corruption in my life
Everything about me is set apart unto God
He is my Redemption
redemption means your riddance,, your setting out from
Christ is our riddance
The enemy sets a trap for you but Jesus rids you of that evil
You will never fall into the trap of the enemy
Jesus us my riddance
I have no reason to be afraid
Every path that I walk gets me to the right destination
Glory be to God
WHO IS THE HOLY SPIRIT?
John 14:26(AMP)
The Holy Spirit is my Comforter
I have a Comforter
I am always Comforted
Strengthened from within
1. The Holy Spirit is my Comforter
2. The Holy Spirit is my Counselor
If the Holy Spirit is your Counsellor, you can never fail
This God is your Counsellor
The wisest people in the world can actually give very good counsel and their counsel can only be rectified or changed by God
But when God gives His Counsel, NOBODY can change it
3. He is my advocate- if He takes up your case who is that lawyer that can win over Him
4. He is my Strengthener
5. He is my Intercessor- go to Him he knows the right prayer to pray
6. The Holy Spirit is my Helper
7. The Holy Spirit is my Standby
There is a counsel, a teaching and a direction that comes from the Holy Spirit
The Bible says goodness and mercy shall follow you
Mercy is not something that we beg for, it is something that has been made available to us
The Bible says to come boldly to the throne room of grace and find help in the time of need
Come boldly!
It is yours.
It has been reserved there for you
So, even when you are paying for someone to receive the mercy of God, when you come you say, “receive the mercy of God”
We are the distributor of the verities of God
Remember, Jesus Christ said anyone that believes in Him out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water
That river is everything that God is
You are a distributor and a dispenser of the Mercies of God
There is nobody that is connected to you that should be destroyed with the anger of God. No!
As long as you are there, you are God’s mercy
You are the mercy of God
Say it: ‘I am the mercy of God’
Why?
Ans: because the Holy Spirit dwells in the inside of you
God dwells in the inside of you
So, you are in this realm, and as Jesus is representing us before the Father, so also we are representing Him before men
So, you can say to yourself He is my God
He is my strength
He is my intercessor
He has made me who He is
He flows through me
The goodness of God flows through me
The joy of God flows through me
The mercy of God flows through me
Everything that God is flows tin me and through me
Hallelujah!
Say thank you Lord Jesus
So, what about us?
Let’s read:
2 Corinthians 5:17-21
The father is a loving Father and He is my Father
Hallelujah!
And for Jesus is my wisdom
My Sanctification
My Righteousness
My Redemption
And the Holy Spirit, the Word of God says:
He is my Comforter
He is my Counsellor
My advocate
My Helper
My Standby
My Intercessor
That is who He is to me.
A new creation means:
Actually, it reads a new Creature
It is not just saying that you were created a new and you are still a creation that has always been
Somebody can be recreated to be a better human being
A human being can be recreated to be a better human being
That is what a new creation is, that is you are a thing that already existed but you are doing something wrong so somebody now comes and recreated you to be the same thing but a better version of it
Just like your telephones, new versions of it always come
So, when the new version comes, it is a recreation of that particular model that you’ve always used
But that is not what the scripture is talking about here
It is saying that you are a New CREATURE, a product, an item that never existed before, it has just come into the scene
So, this one is not like a creation of a thing
But a Creation of a new thing
A bringing forth into existence of a new thing
So, He is saying “if any man be in Christ, he is a new Creature, old things have passed away, behold all things are become new”
Are you in Christ?
I am in Christ, so, I am a New Creature
They may look at you and say that you are still a human person
It is not the outer frame that matters, IT IS WHO YOU ARE IN THE INSIDE
In the inside, from your Spirit, you are completely different
So, you should be able to look at yourself, whether in the physical mirror or in the Mirror of the Word of God, IT SHOULD NOT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE TO YOU
So, every time you look at yourself, every time you think about yourself, every time you reason about your life, always understand that You are a New Creature
God has created your life a new
So, the reasoning of the old man is no longer leading your life
My life is now led from above
I now reason from the God-realm
I am a new Creature
And because you are a New creature,
You may look humanly outward but your Spirit is like God
Because you are a new Creature you are no longer susceptible to the difficulties, challenges that every other one is susceptible to
